Ralph Herrmann (Eastpoint Property Consultants) has managed several commercial properties for us over the past eight years. He and his staff have been a pleasure to work with - they know the properties they manage and the market that these properties are in, they are realistic in assessing situations in terms of what is reasonable for tenants and landlords, they see that things are attended to promptly and at realistic costs (if necessary) - and they keep owners in the picture when different things arise (as they do). Ralph is a breath of fresh air and I am happy to endorse his role in real estate.
